We were pleasantly surprised by the reliable hot water supply and found the beds to be quite comfortable after long day trips. One of the highlights was the charming Saturday Market, just a stone's throw away. It's one of those delightful West Country towns where strangers feel like friends; folks strike up conversations as you stroll past. We managed to take a leisurely 20-minute walk into town, which was a perfect way to explore without being in the thick of the hustle. The apartment also featured useful amenities, like a flat-screen TV for unwinding after a day of adventures, and we appreciated having free Wi-Fi to stay connected. Although there’s no dedicated parking, we found free parking nearby without a hassle. The blend of affordability and essential comforts made for a pleasant stay.
